Read instructions and get ready to cook
Preheat oven & prepare baking sheets
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugar
In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix egg and vanilla

Whisk dry ingredients

Combine dry ingredients with butter mixture

Peel and chop apple

Stir in apple and raisins
