Prepare ingredients

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients.

Make the filling

Finely chop spinach and mince garlic. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, garlic, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper until combined.

Prepare the chicken

Cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast. Season both sides with remaining salt and pepper.

Stuff the chicken

Spoon 1/4 of the cheese mixture into each chicken breast pocket. Pinch edges to seal.

Wrap with bacon

Wrap 3 bacon slices around each stuffed chicken breast, tucking ends underneath. Place seam-side down in a baking dish.

Bake the chicken

Bake until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crisp, 35-40 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
