Read instructions and get ready to cook
Prepare chicken
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, toss chicken with 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper.
Make sauce
Zest and juice oranges. In a bowl, whisk juice, zest, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, 1 tbsp cornstarch.
Stir-fry chicken
In a wok, heat oil over high heat. Add chicken, stir-fry until browned, 3-4 min. Transfer to a plate.
Stir-fry vegetables
Mince garlic and ginger. Slice bell pepper. Chop green onions. In same wok, stir-fry garlic and ginger 30 sec. Add bell pepper, stir-fry 2 min.
Finish stir-fry
Return chicken to wok. Pour in sauce. Simmer until thickened, 2-3 min. Stir in green onions. Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper.
Serve
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
