Prepare chicken
Cut chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.
Make marinade
In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon curry powder, and turmeric powder.
Prepare garlic
