Steps

Read instructions and get ready to cook

1
Prepare chimichurri sauce

Finely chop the parsley leaves and mince the garlic cloves. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped parsley, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

2
Marinate chicken wings

Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the chimichurri sauce over the wings and seal the bag. Massage the bag to coat the wings evenly with the sauce. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

3
Preheat grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).

4
Grill chicken wings

Remove the wings from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Place the wings on the grill grates and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

5
Season and serve

Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and toss to coat. Serve hot.
