Roughly chop chocolate sandwich cookies. Fold chopped cookies into the dough.

In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup granulated sugar until smooth.

Scoop about 2 tablespoons of cookie dough for each cookie. Make an indentation in the center of each dough ball and fill with 1 teaspoon of the cheesecake mixture. Cover the filling with another small piece of cookie dough and seal the edges.
