Season both sides of chicken breasts with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Prepare garlic and sun-dried tomatoes

Mince garlic cloves. Chop sun-dried tomatoes.

Sauté garlic and tomatoes

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add spinach and cream

Add baby spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Cook until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.

Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer until chicken is heated through, about 2 minutes.

Chop fresh basil leaves. Garnish chicken with chopped basil and serve immediately.
