Read instructions and get ready to cook
Prepare potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Use a spiralizer to cut them into curly shapes.
Soak potatoes
Place the spiralized potatoes in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Prepare seasoning

Dry potatoes

Heat oil
