Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Grate the Ginger

Peel and finely grate 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger.

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup of ground flaxseeds, 1/4 cup of sesame seeds, 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds, and 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds.

To the dry ingredients, add the grated ginger, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 cup of water, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix until a dough forms.

Roll Out the Dough

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Remove the top sheet of parchment. Cut the dough into desired shapes and sizes. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
