Prep Zucchini
Wash and slice 4 medium zucchinis into rounds.
Cook Zucchini
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add zucchini slices and sauté until tender and slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
