Preheat the grill
Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the vegetables
Cut the bell peppers and zucchini into 1-inch thick slices. Cut the red onion into 1/2-inch thick rings. In a large bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Grill the sausages and vegetables
