Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a pizza stone or large baking sheet inside to heat up.
Prepare the pizza dough
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle, about 1/4-inch thick.
Prepare the mushrooms and garlic
Thinly slice the button mushrooms and mince the garlic cloves.
Prepare the cheese
