Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add pork chops to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.
Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the same skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in honey and soy sauce. Cook and stir for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Return the pork chops to the skillet. Coat them with the honey garlic sauce, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Serve the pork chops immediately, drizzled with the remaining glaze from the skillet.
