Read instructions and get ready to cook
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare herbs
Wash and finely chop parsley, cilantro, and dill. Thinly slice scallions.
Mix eggs
In a large bowl, whisk eggs until well beaten.
Add herbs and seasonings
Add chopped herbs, minced garlic, turmeric, baking powder, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
Prepare skillet
Heat vegetable oil in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Cook bottom
Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until the edges start to set.
Bake
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is set and golden.
Add optional toppings
If using, sprinkle dried barberries and chopped walnuts over the top in the last 5 minutes of baking.
Cool and serve
