Read instructions and get ready to cook
Prep Oven and Crackers
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer to cover the sheet completely.
Make Toffee
Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar and stir constantly for 3–5 mins until bubbling. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
Spread Toffee Over Crackers
Carefully pour the hot toffee mixture over the graham crackers, spreading evenly with a spatula to coat the surface.
Bake the Toffee Graham Crackers
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the toffee is bubbling and slightly darkened. Remove from oven and let cool for 1–2 minutes.
Melt Chocolate on Top
Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot toffee. Let sit 5 mins to melt, then spread smooth.
Sprinkle with Salt and Chill
Sprinkle with sea salt. Cool completely, then refrigerate 1 hour until set.
