Steps

Read instructions and get ready to cook

1
Mix meatball ingredients

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well.

2
Form meatballs

Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.

3
Brown meatballs

In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove meatballs and set aside.

4
Sauté onion and garlic

In the same pot, add remaining chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.

5
Add broth and pasta

Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

6
Add meatballs and sauce ingredients

Return meatballs to the pot. Stir in heavy cream, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Simmer until pasta is tender and sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.

7
Garnish and serve

Remove from heat. Stir in chopped parsley. Serve hot.
