Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
Beat Eggs and Sugar
In another bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar until smooth.
