Read instructions and get ready to cook
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare pecans
Place 2 cups of pecans in a large bowl.
Add olive oil
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the pecans.
Add maple syrup
Pour 2 tablespoons of maple syrup over the pecans and olive oil.
Season pecans
Add 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of paprika to the bowl.
Mix well

Spread pecans
