Prepare the strawberries
Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
Segment the oranges
Cut off both ends of each orange. Using a sharp knife, remove the peel and white pith. Over a bowl to catch the juice, cut between the membranes to release the orange segments.
Prepare the dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
Chop the mint leaves
Finely chop the mint leaves.
Assemble the salad
In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and orange segments. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruits and gently toss to coat.
Add the mint
Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the salad and gently toss once more to distribute the mint evenly.
Serve
Serve the Strawberry and Orange Salad immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing treat.
