Read instructions and get ready to cook
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Wash sweet potatoes
Thoroughly wash and dry the sweet potatoes.
Slice sweet potatoes
Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, slice the sweet potatoes into very thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
Arrange slices
Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets, ensuring they don't overlap.
