Read instructions and get ready to cook
Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange drumsticks
Place the chicken drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
Make sauce
In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha until combined.
Mince garlic and ginger

Brush drumsticks with sauce
