Prepare the ingredients
Drain the silken tofu and cut it into 1/2-inch cubes. Rinse the spinach and roughly chop it. Mince the garlic. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Slice the green onions thinly.
Heat the sesame oil
In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
Sauté the aromatics
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pot. Sauté for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Add the broth
Pour in the vegetable broth. Bring the mixture to a boil.
