Read instructions and get ready to cook

Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh.
Prepare the pineapple
If using fresh pineapple, remove the skin and core. Cut into chunks. If using frozen pineapple, measure out 1 cup.
Prepare the spinach
Wash spinach thoroughly if using fresh. Measure out 2 cups, lightly packed.
Add ingredients to blender
Place all ingredients in a blender. Add avocado, spinach, pineapple, yogurt, milk, honey, and ice.
Blend
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Scrape down sides if needed and blend again.
Check consistency
If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk. If too thin, add more ice or frozen pineapple. Blend again briefly.
Taste and adjust
