Steps
Read instructions and get ready to cook
Cook rice
Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, mix with rice vinegar and salt. Let cool.
Prepare avocado
Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and slice into long strips.
Set up rolling station
Place a bamboo sushi mat on a clean surface. Put a nori sheet on the mat, shiny side down.
Spread rice

Add avocado
