Cook the bacon
In a large skillet or wok, cook 8 oz of bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and chop it into small pieces.
Scramble the eggs
In a separate bowl, whisk 4 eggs until well beaten. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the same skillet or wok, and scramble the eggs until cooked through. Remove the eggs from the pan and set aside.
Prepare the vegetables
Finely chop 1 onion and 3 garlic cloves. Peel and dice 2 carrots.
Stir-fry the vegetables
