Steps

Read instructions and get ready to cook

1
Prepare turkey

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels.

2
Make herb butter

Mince garlic. Finely chop rosemary and thyme. In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper.

3
Rub turkey with herb butter

Gently loosen skin on turkey breast. Rub half of herb butter under skin, half over outside of turkey.

4
Wrap turkey with bacon

On a work surface, lay out bacon slices vertically, slightly overlapping. Place turkey breast in center, horizontally. Fold bacon ends over turkey.

5
Roast turkey

Place turkey seam-side down on a rack in a roasting pan. Roast until bacon is crisp, turkey is cooked (165°F), 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.

6
Rest and serve

Transfer turkey to a cutting board. Tent with foil, let rest 15-20 min before slicing. Serve warm.
