Steps

Read instructions and get ready to cook

1
Mix the base ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

2
Prepare the raspberries

Gently wash the raspberries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside 1/2 cup of the raspberries for garnish.

3
Layer the oats and raspberries

Divide half of the oat mixture evenly among 4 jars or containers. Add a layer of raspberries to each jar, using about 1/4 cup per jar. Top the raspberries with the remaining oat mixture, dividing it evenly among the jars.

4
Add the toppings

Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds over the top of each jar. Gently press the seeds into the oat mixture.

5
Refrigerate overnight

Cover the jars with lids or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight. This allows the oats to soften and absorb the flavors of the lemon and raspberries.

6
Serve and enjoy

When ready to serve, remove the Lemon and Raspberry Overnight Oats from the refrigerator. Top each jar with the reserved raspberries and enjoy your delicious and nutritious breakfast.
