Prepare chicken

Place chicken between plastic wrap. Pound to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into serving pieces.

Prepare dredging mixture

On a plate, mix flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.

Cook chicken

In a large skillet, heat oil and 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cook until golden, 3-4 min per side. Transfer to a plate.

Make sauce

Mince garlic. In same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add garlic, cook 30 sec. Stir in broth, wine, juice of 1/2 lemon, capers, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper. Simmer 5 min.

Finish sauce

Return chicken to skillet. Simmer until cooked through, 2-3 min. Off heat, stir in remaining lemon juice.

Serve

Chop parsley. Sprinkle over chicken. Serve hot.
