Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the ingredients
Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels. Peel and cut the butternut squash into 1-inch cubes. Mince the garlic cloves. Peel and chop the onion into small pieces.
Season the chicken and squash
