Read instructions and get ready to cook
Prepare the Beef
Cut beef into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
Prepare the Vegetables
Peel and cut carrots and potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Dice the onion.
Prepare the Aromatics
Peel and mince garlic. Peel and slice ginger.
Brown the Beef
