Combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of instant yeast, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a large bowl.
Gradually mix in 1/2 cup of warm water until the dough begins to form.

Roll the dough triangles from the base to the tip, enclosing the chocolate.
Beat 1 egg and brush over the croissants.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
