Prepare the dough
In a large bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, salt, and yeast.
Warm the milk
In a small saucepan, heat milk and 1/3 cup butter until butter melts. Let cool to lukewarm.
Mix wet ingredients
Add lukewarm milk mixture and eggs to the flour mixture. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough
On a floured surface, knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First rise
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Prepare filling
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Roll out dough
On a floured surface, roll dough into a 12x18 inch rectangle.
Add filling
Spread 1/4 cup softened butter over dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Roll and cut
Roll dough tightly from long side. Cut into 12 equal slices.
Second rise
Place rolls in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare glaze
Mix powdered sugar, 1/4 cup milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Glaze and serve
Drizzle glaze over warm rolls. Serve immediately.
