Read instructions and get ready to cook
Prepare chicken
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
Make spice blend
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper.
Season chicken
Rub spice blend all over chicken thighs, getting under the skin where possible.
Render chicken skin

Finish chicken in oven
