Cut avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor or blender.
Add Greek yogurt, honey, juice of 1 lemon, and salt to the food processor or blender.
Process or blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
