Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Prepare the Fruit

Peel and mash 2 bananas in a large bowl. Core and finely chop 2 apples. Add the chopped apples to the mashed bananas.

Mix Dry Ingredients

In another bowl, mix 2 cups of rolled oats with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Add the oat mixture to the bowl with mashed bananas and chopped apples. Stir in 1/2 cup of raisins, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup of almond milk. Mix until well combined.

Press Mixture into Pan

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan. Press down firmly with the back of a spoon or your hands to create an even layer.

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

Cool and Cut

Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, cut into 12 bars
