Steps

Read instructions and get ready to cook

1
Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a large roasting pan with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

2
Prepare the ham

Remove the fully-cooked ham from its packaging and place it in the prepared roasting pan. Using a sharp knife, score the ham in a diamond pattern, making cuts about 1/4-inch deep.

3
Prepare the glaze ingredients

Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Zest the orange, then cut it in half and squeeze the juice into a bowl. Discard any seeds.

4
Make the glaze

In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, orange zest, orange juice, and ground cloves until well combined.

5
Glaze the ham

Brush about half of the glaze mixture evenly over the scored surface of the ham, making sure to get the glaze into the cuts.

6
Bake the ham

Bake the ham in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes.

7
Increase oven temperature

Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and continue baking the ham for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and the internal temperature of the ham reaches 140°F (60°C).

8
Rest and serve

Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your delicious Glazed Ham!
