Steps

Read instructions and get ready to cook

1
Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

2
Prepare the glaze ingredients

Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Remove the leaves from the rosemary and thyme sprigs and finely chop them.

3
Make the glaze

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

4
Prepare the turkey breast

Place the turkey breast in the prepared roasting pan, skin-side up. Pat the skin dry with paper towels.

5
Glaze the turkey breast

Brush about half of the glaze mixture evenly over the turkey breast, making sure to coat the skin thoroughly.

6
Roast the turkey breast

Roast the turkey breast in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes.

7
Increase oven temperature

Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and continue roasting the turkey breast for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when measured at the thickest part of the breast.

8
Rest and serve

Remove the turkey breast from the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before carving and serving. Enjoy your delicious Glazed Turkey Breast!
