Read instructions and get ready to cook
Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare herbs
Finely chop the fresh rosemary, thyme, and parsley. Set aside.
Mince garlic
Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Set aside.
Zest and juice lemon
Zest the lemon and set the zest aside. Cut the lemon in half and juice one half, reserving the juice.
Season chicken
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken
Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the hot skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Add herbs and garlic
