Prepare the refried beans

Prepare the meat

Prepare the eggs
In a bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in eggs and cook, stirring gently, until soft scrambled. Remove from heat.
Prepare the avocado

Fold and serve
