Make the Hummus
Blend chickpeas (Canned), tahini, lemon juice, garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, cumin, and 2–3 tbsp cold water until smooth.
Season the Steak
Pat steak dry. Rub with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Steak
Heat a skillet over high heat. Sear steak 3–4 mins per side for medium. Rest 5 mins.
Slice the Steak
Slice steak thinly against the grain into strips.
Assemble and Garnish
