Aloo Gosht is a hearty and flavorful Pakistani and North Indian curry that combines tender lamb with potatoes in a rich, spiced gravy. This comforting dish is slow-cooked to perfection, allowing the lamb to become incredibly tender and the potatoes to absorb the aromatic spices. The result is a deeply satisfying meal that's perfect for family dinners or special occasions. Traditionally served with rice or naan bread, Aloo Gosht is a beloved staple in South Asian cuisine.
