1
Prepare the vegetables

Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and mince the garlic cloves and ginger.

2
Mix the burger ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, garam masala, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

3
Form the patties

Divide the chicken mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1 inch thick.

4
Grill the burgers

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken patties for 6-7 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

5
Prepare the toppings

Slice the tomato into rounds. Rinse and pat dry the lettuce leaves.

6
Assemble and serve

Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill. Place a grilled chicken patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a slice of tomato and a lettuce leaf. Cover with the top half of the bun. Serve the Masala Chicken Burgers hot.
