Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare vegetables
Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.
Mix meatloaf ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Form meatloaf

Wrap with bacon
