Read instructions and get ready to cook
Prepare the oranges
Peel the oranges and separate them into segments, removing any seeds.
Prepare the carrots
Rinse the carrots under cold water and trim off the ends. Cut the carrots into chunks that will fit through your juicer's feed tube.
Juice the oranges and carrots
Feed the orange segments and carrot chunks through your juicer, alternating between the two. If you don't have a juicer, blend the orange segments and carrot chunks in a blender until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
Stir and chill
Stir the orange-carrot juice to combine. If desired, chill the juice in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
Serve
Pour the orange-carrot juice into glasses and serve immediately. If desired, serve over ice or dilute with water to taste.
