Read instructions and get ready to cook
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare roast
Rub the roast with 2 tablespoons olive oil, minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Roast meat
