Read instructions and get ready to cook
Prepare the seafood
Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse the scallops and cod fillets. Pat all seafood dry with paper towels. Cut the cod fillets into 1-inch pieces.
Prepare the vegetables
Chop the onion, celery, and carrot. Mince the garlic.
Sauté the vegetables
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, celery, and carrot. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.
Add garlic and spices
