Steps

Read instructions and get ready to cook

1
Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2
Mix Seeds and Water

In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup of sesame seeds, 1/4 cup of flaxseeds, 1/4 cup of chia seeds, 1 cup of water, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Stir well and let the mixture sit for 15 minutes until the water is absorbed and the mixture becomes gelatinous.

3
Spread the Mixture

Spread the seed mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a thin layer. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth out the surface.

4
Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the crackers are firm and slightly golden. Halfway through baking, cut the crackers into desired shapes and sizes, then continue baking.

5
Cool and Serve

Remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, break them along the scored lines.
