Steps

Read instructions and get ready to cook

1
Cook Noodles

Boil water in a large pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.

2
Prepare Vegetables

Peel and julienne the carrot. Thinly slice the red bell pepper and green onions. Mince the garlic cloves. Peel and grate the fresh ginger.

3
Make Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar until well combined.

4
Toast Sesame Seeds

In a dry pan over medium heat, toast sesame seeds until golden brown, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Remove from heat and set aside.

5
Stir-Fry Vegetables

Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 30 seconds. Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

6
Combine and Serve

Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the pan with vegetables. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top. Serve immediately.
