Mince 2 cloves of garlic. Dice 1 medium onion and 1 medium green bell pepper.

Cook Beef

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

Add Vegetables

To the skillet, add the minced garlic, diced onion, and green bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
