Prepare the spinach
Rinse the spinach thoroughly under cold water. Remove any tough stems.
Prepare the apples
Rinse the apples and cut them into quarters. Remove the core and seeds.
Prepare the lemon
Rinse the lemon and cut it in half. Peel one half of the lemon, leaving the white pith intact.
Juice the ingredients
Feed the spinach, apple quarters, and peeled lemon half through your juicer, alternating between the ingredients. If you don't have a juicer, blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
Stir and serve
